Charles F. Martinson, M.D., J.D.

Dr. Charles F. Martinson is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Martinson founded Alexander Road Associates in 1997 as an inter-disciplinary clinical practice focused on providing mental health services to children and adolescents in the community and their families. He completed his medical training at New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency and child psychiatry fellowship training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-University Behavioral Health System. He served as Associate Clinical Professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and continues to serve as adjunct faculty professor. Dr. Martinson provides psychiatric consultation to a number of school districts across the State and has served for many years on the Advisory Council to the Mercer County Special Services School District.
William P. Hayes, M.D., F.A.A.C.A.P.

Dr. William P. Hayes is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist who completed his Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Training at Georgetown University. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and has served as an Associate Clinical Professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is a former President of the New Jersey Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and former Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey . He is currently serving as President of the Board of NAMI Mercer the local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Dr. Hayes is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and he is a consultant to school systems in Mercer, Monmouth, Hunterdon, Somerset and Middlesex Counties. Dr. Hayes has over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and their families.

Jennifer Kearney M.D. is a Board Certified in both Adult Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine and did both her Adult Psychiatry Residency and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Neuropsychiatric Institute. After completing her training she worked with children and adolescents in residential treatment and was the primary psychiatrist treating deaf adults and children in the greater Los Angeles area. After moving to Princeton she has practiced at Trinity Counseling Services, a private non-profit serving the underserved in the Princeton area, and has maintained a private practice specializing in performing diagnostic evaluations and providing psychopharmacologic treatment for adults, adolescents and children.

Pasquale Sargiotto earned his Master of Education degree with specialization in counseling from Trenton State College and successfully completed a two year post graduate Clinical Training Program in Family Psychotherapy at Trinity Counseling Service, Princeton, NJ.
Mr. Sargiotto is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor and a hypnotherapist. Mr. Sargiotto has over 35 years of experience providing care to adolescents and adults in Mercer and Somerset Counties. He is Director of our Adolescent Group Psychotherapy Program for high school students.
Josee Graybill, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

Josee Graybill received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at New York University. She then completed her postgraduate certificate from the New York Institute for Psychotherapy training in infancy, childhood and adolescence. Ms. Graybill has been working with children and adolescents since 1993 where she began her training at Mount Sinai Medical Center New York in their Therapeutic Nursery Program. She has had extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their parents at the Jewish Board of Family and Children Services of Brooklyn. She was the Program Administrator for the Star School-Based Program at Brooklyn Psychiatric Center where she conducted individual play therapy, and group therapy with students. In addition to her child and adolescent training she has provided individual psychotherapy to adults and has worked extensively with parents. Ms. Graybill spent one year as a clinical case manager in the acute care unit at Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, New Jersey prior to joining Alexander Road Associates.
